At Grand 8, instead of the horizontal balconies you’d expect to see, the building gives the impression of a seamless series of stacked boxes

This weaves the new development together with the existing Stage 1 of the project, Infinity 8, as well as with the adjoining future development to the west. The top two levels appear as an open box that transforms, at night, into a lantern behind the feature slatted screen. This exciting design feature pays homage to the historic Flagstaff Beacon
