An approx. 1000 m² extension to an existing retirement home which includes 12 residential apartments, a meeting room, and reception and meeting rooms. The aim of the project was to make the area free from the institutional feeling and create an accommodation that socially and environmentally interacts with the surroundings and with society in general.
