The “Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace 5*” complex is a great tourism, economic, and quality stimulus for Playa de Palma (Palma de Mallorca), thanks to the investment made by the HIPOTELS chain.

Intended mostly for foreign tourism, the chain’s main objective is to offer quality facilities, an excellent location, and facilities of the highest quality and with the best attention.

The ventilated facade of the building that houses the hotel is designed with a special production of URBATEK - PORCELANOSA Grupo’s NEO porcelain tile.

Due to its proximity to the sea, the building envelope needed to be compact and impervious to sand and salt erosion, as well as resistant to UV rays and stains.

El complejo “Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace 5*, supone un gran impulso turístico, económico y de calidad para la Playa de Palma (Palma de Mallorca). gracias a inversión realizada por la cadena HIPOTELS.

Orientado principalmente al turismo extranjero, el principal objetivo de la cadena es ofrecer establecimientos de calidad, una excelente ubicación y unas instalaciones de máxima calidad con la mejor atención.

La fachada ventilada del edificio que alberga el hotel está proyectada con una producción especial del porcelánico NEO de URBATEK – PORCELANSA Grupo.

Debido a su proximidad al mar,  el recubrimiento del edificio debía ser compacto e impenetrable ante la erosión de la arena y el salitre, además de resistente a los rayos ultravioleta y a las manchas.
