La storica Pasticceria Impero apre anche in via Caprarie,  nel nuovo centro pulsante della ristorazione e degli aperitivi bolognesi.

Eleganza sobria, ma non austera nella decorazione del locale, con uno spazio  affacciato

su una delle piazze coperte più belle  dell'intero centro, la Galleria del Leone.

Questa sede ha uno stile molto moderno, con arredi in legno e ferro che si rifanno a locali più centro-europei.

La pasticceria così come la caffetteria sono di alto livello, esattamente come nel locale originale.

L'area gastronomia, per pranzo e aperitivo, è molto più ampia ed i posti a sedere sono sia a banco che sulle poltroncine.
