Un Edificio de Viviendas construido en Cooperativa, grado A de Eficiencia Energética, situado en el corazón de Ametzola, un barrio en plena expansión, calle Jaén kalea nº12 , Bilbao.
Vivienda colectiva - Realizada por el estudio Miret Arquitectos.
Una obra en la que he realizado el Diseño, Redacción de proyecto – Calculo de estructuras (de hormigón con grandes vanos y cimentación con pilotes) y la dirección de obras. Además de la difusión en internet. Con un trato muy personalizado con el cliente, puesto que ayudé a los 14 vecinos a hacer su casa a su medida y dicen ellos mismos estar viviendo ahora en el hogar de sus sueños. Los vecinos del barrio les resulta un edificio hermoso y saludable para su barrio. "Gracias por dar luz a un barrio tan gris".
Y gracias a Carlos Miret por hacerlo posible.
El alcalde de Bilbao, el arquitecto Ibon Areso, el director general de vivienda del Gobieno Vasco Marcos Muro, la viceconsejera de vivienda del Gobierno Vasco, Solaguren, el concejal de obras y servicios José Luis Sabas…, asisten al acto inaugural del edificio por su componente social y la calidad de su arquitectura.
