Oslo municipality has high ambitions and good visions for building a garden town especially adapted to demented residents in Queen Ingrid's garden on Tøyen. The garden city is planned with homes that are characterized by homeliness and which will create belonging for residents, employees, visitors and give them good experiences.

At the same time, the garden town will be a hub for the local community. The site offers good opportunities for building a rich plant with housing and activities offered close to gardens and patios on different scales and with varying content
