TentVerkoop Regtvoort first worked only through outsourcing of drawings and production abroad. To promote productivity and lead time, it was decided to carry out the drawing work within the company.

The first part of this work consisted of setting up a 3D archive of the existing components.

Furthermore, the activities consisted, among other things, of:

• Making template drawings for aluminum extrusion profiles;

• Create 3D files with corresponding TT package from component level to complete assembly;

• Creating work drawings for (milling) machining aluminum extrusion profiles;

• Design of steel products, creation of 3D files & TT package;

• Consult with manufacturer abroad for the production process;

• Quick design of product ideas and situation sketches in 3D for quotations;

• Providing Renders with finished products for publication purposes
