A small valley in the Swiss alps, an amazing historic village, a charming hotel and a unique art collection would like to present themselves:

Our village is embedded on a terrace in the Engadin Valley on an altitude of 1443 meters spoiled with sunshine, fresh, crisp air and marvellous alpine surroundings.

Our valley is quiet, peaceful, authentic and thank God far away from mass- tourism.

In the centre of our historic and beautifully preserved village you find our very special hotel. Somehow a place like in the old days and with a British touch if I may say so…

Unpretentious, homy but nevertheless elegant and classy.

Definitely particular is our art collection of Alberto Giacometti. The permanent exhibition in our in house

museum features an almost complete show of his original graphic works. With over 200 exhibits - unique in the world - including

an oil painting, several works of his brother Diego in bronze and a collection of black and white photographs by Ernst Scheidegger

Art and culture do generally play an important role here. E.g. the internationally known Artist Not Vital (originating from Sent) has his sculpture park in the

village and just bought the Castle Tarasp where he presents his sculptures and organises exhibitions with other international artists.
