The furnished apartments’ building is situated in an industrial area near Beirut port. The concept expresses the juxtaposition of two architectural languages, the skin and the core. Each is expressed using industrial materials, creating layers and skins. The intention is for dwellers to shift the elements of the façade to express their and the area’s transient nature.
