瑞士莫尔科特“隐形”别墅丨与 Giacomo Zamboni 合作

The project, realized in collaboration with architect Giacomo Zamboni, was completed in early 2019, undergoing several transformations during the design/construction process and enriched with countless details that led to a final result of great spatial complexity. Despite the generous size of the plot, accessibility is given solely through an eight-meter street front, located at the top of the plot. This led to the development of a roof as the fifth facade of the building. The roof represents the centrality of the project and is the large "black wing" that houses the spaces of the house. The wing, made of heavy metal carpentry, frees up the space of the living area, which is transparent to both the north and south. The large motorized windows allow the opening of the two fronts emphasizing the sequence of spaces. The water patio is the first of the spaces in sequence, followed by the living room, the porch, the garden, the outdoor pool and finally the lake. The principle of composite cladding of the exterior changes inside and becomes boiserie. Black abstracts the details and everything disappears behind the panel modules. Entire wings of the house are concealed behind the floor-to-ceiling panels. A staircase leads to the floor below where unexpected spaces such as the indoor swimming pool and the underground gymnasium, lit through a triangular patio, are discovered. The master bedroom is also a transversal space; towards the north a patio diffuses indirect light, while towards the south the glass window opens onto an intimate garden.

In all spaces the protagonist is the landscape, where "The Stealth" fits invisibly through its opaque black surfaces.
