Antunovich Associates recently realized the office design for The Boler Company, the manufacturing, real estate, and holdings corporation, located in Schaumburg, Illinois.

The Boler Company, founded in 1976, is a family enterprise with operations across the globe in manufacturing, real estate, and other holdings. Today, the company has facilities all over the world and is a major supplier to every North American heavy-duty truck and trailer OEM, as well as to most manufacturers in Europe, Australia, South America, and Asia.

The Boler Company enlisted Antunovich Associates to complete the architectural and interior design of a four-acre site located with the boundaries of the Veridian Master Plan in Schaumburg, Illinois. Boler’s new headquarters includes an eight-story 180,000 SF office development with a parking garage. Phases two and three will consist of two additional office developments totaling 270,000 SF for future corporate office users on the site.
