ZOES Creative Studio was trusted with the design and build of the new offices for Connell, a leading marketer and distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients.

The design reflects their unique culture in a sustainable and people-focused environment. With a straightforward arrangement, the space promotes collaboration and a sense of comfort without boundaries or borders, providing a diverse landscape of activity settings that amplify visual and physical connections.

Eye-catching informal areas naturally draw to approachable interaction, strategically placed to enjoy the best views. We created an arrangement of formal and informal meeting rooms, project areas and focus areas together with formal meeting rooms.

This resulted in a flexible, functional and fun office environment that connects people and brand. A colorful palette was implemented in all the communal spaces highlighted by green plantings.
