KSA Group Architecture was engaged by MLT Aikins to create the dynamic design for their law offices located in Saskatoon, Canada.

MLT Aikins Saskatoon law offices are located on the 11th and 12th floors of the east tower at 409 3rd Avenue South in the River Landing development in Saskatoon. MLT Akins is “Western Canada’s law firm” with 240 lawyers based out of 6 offices in Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver.

The interior colour palette of grey, black and white is combined with a wood finish for the furniture and doors. The 12th floor contains the client areas: reception, waiting area and boardooms. This floor was designed to showcase the views along the river valley as it winds through downtown Saskatoon. The 12th floor was also designed with a long servery counter and double doors to each boardroom – so the entire space can be used for client events. The 11th floor is anchored by a large staff room and high density storage and flexible work areas. Offices and boardrooms on all floors have floor to ceiling glazing on the interior to maximize the amount of natural light for all interior spaces.
