Studio 2X has achieved the office design for IA Realty Group located in New York City, New York.

Studio 2X worked with IA Realty Group to design a modern and sophisticated office space. The interior design concept focused on contrast and highlighting industrial design features of the space including the concrete floor and high open ceilings.

Upon entering the office, a common area featuring seating and a common pantry brings energy to the space. The pantry features a black tile back splash contrasting with warm open wood shelving. The waterfall island and white streamlined cabinets provide contrast to the dark feature wall.

Large expansive glass walls along the conference room and offices allow for the openness of the space as well as light to filter in from the large exterior windows surrounding the entire perimeter of the space. This design feature allows for a connection not only of light but of the team as it provides a sense of collaboration throughout the space.

A large custom wood conference tables brings warmth to the cool elements of the concrete floor and streamlined light fixtures. Natural materials such as jute and wool felt bring texture while modern simple patterns are featured throughout the space.
