A space that matches the high-end homes they build and remodel, Telos Construction's office is a refined experience for their growing team of staff in Eden Prairie.

Studio BV has accomplished the new concept and office design for Telos Construction located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

The new TELOS office is all about swagger. The entire concept for the office was to create spaces that their clients would relate to. Those clients are high-end residential homeowners that TELOS works with to build new and remodeled high-end homes. The space supports the growing team of staff for this new contractor. The firm is two years old but with years of commercial construction experience they knew how to build beautiful designs and wanted to enter into residential construction game.

The space is split into two zones. The work areas: with open desks, resources, layout space and files and then the entertainment areas. The entertainment area has a big kitchen and huge island for entertaining.

A fireplace lounge and two conference rooms for client meetings. The space features a catering kitchen, custom bathrooms and a custom closet featuring the TELOS branded gear and swag for the team and guests.

High end AV like Samsung Frame TV and Sonos systems make entertaining easy.

The fireplace lounge features a custom steel wall with the fireplace that is anchored by warm furniture and accessories.

Overall, this is not your typical contractors office. It’s refined, masculine and feels more like home than an office.
