山也度·塘湾里未来自然社区·杉上酒店景观设计

浙江大学城乡规划设计研究院：项目位于浙江省杭州市富阳区洞桥村。2019年，路、水、电、网等基础设施逐步到位，为村落的新生打下坚实基础，自此“山也度”也被赋予了新的价值意义——一个科技创新、民宿酒店、自然教育、人文艺术、户外运动、休闲农业、康养疗愈等功能集合的未来自然社区。

Zhejiang Unniversity Urban-Rural Planning & Design Institute Co. Ltd: The project is located in Dongqiao village, Fuyang district, Hangzhou city. In the year of 2019, the infrastructure such as roads, water supply and drainage equipment, electric and network utilities were under-construction and had been implemented gradually, which laid a solid foundation for the reborn of the village. Therefore, SunNadu had been given a new meaning as a natural community of the future, integrated the function of scientific and technological creation, homestay and hotel, nature and art education, outdoor activities, leisure agriculture experience and healthcare.

设计理念Design Concept

项目设计上将生态保护的理念贯穿始终，以“低影响”为设计原则，以维护和保持夯土老屋的建筑基底、顺应山势的高度变化、保留溪流的流淌路径、梳理山坡杂乱植物为基础进行景观方案打造。

As taking ecological protection principle and LID strategy throughout the design and construction process, we preserve and maintain the architectural basement of the rammed earth houses, adapt to the height of the mountains, follow the path of the streams and sort out the plants on the slope as well.

设计以功能为出发点，不断推敲入户出行的组织流线，以实现人流便捷的最优解，为使用者构建方便的公共空间。

In order to create an available public space and to establish a convenient rout for both guests and the staff of the hotel, we considered and enhanced the transportation system deliberately based on the Function Comes First strategy.

独坐幽篁里，明月来相照，百年古树为邻，潺潺溪流为伴，构成了“山也度”天然的景观基底。时间的齿轮不断向前，我们在此寻找滞感。

Alone in the bamboo woods quiet and deep, the silver moon bestows its shinning glow. Neighbored with ancient trees and be accompanied by gurgling streams, the site of SunNadu is surrounded by natural and ecological landscape background.Within the time gear moving forward, we’d like to search for the stagnation here.

设计上我们选用了锈板、夯土、当地块石等材料，粗犷与现代工业的碰撞，使原本质朴的风貌又显干练精致，我们对原有植物进行梳理，在保留地块原始风貌的同时，为人们提供了休憩驻足、体验自然风光的空间，打造新生态艺术都市乡野。

The materials of weather resistance plate, rammed earth and local block stones were chosen during our design and construction. The collision of rough and modern industrial materials added more capable and delicate features to the original plain site. We reserved the original feature of the site, sorted out and rearranged the plants as well. On the one hand, we hope to supply a space for people to take a rest and experience the nature. On the other, we would like to compose a new ecological artistic and urbanized countryside.
