卓时设计:景观设计以南通清澈辽阔的水域特色为基底,提炼其中滩涂、廊桥、小舟元素,通过现代化的设计语言,主动在平地上创造了悬浮的镜桥,呼应南通重要元素“桥”,以及“潮汐”留下的线条痕迹,共同构成一个“海天一色,天空之镜”的景象。
ZSD: Based on the clear and vast waters of Nantong, the landscape design refines the elements of the beach, corridor bridge and boat. Through the modern design language, it actively creates a bridge of suspended mirror on flat ground, echoing the important element of “bridge” and the line traces left by the “tide”, which together constitute a scene of “the same color of the sea and sky, the mirror of the sky”.

理念 Idea
桥:南通东抵黄海,南望长江,其“水抱城、城拥水”的格局使得城市成为了隔绝苏北和苏南的“难通之城”。因此“桥”的出现,不仅便利了南通百姓的出行,也促进了这座城市对外的交往。“桥梁”繁荣了南通的经济,孕育了这座城市的文化,更成为了南通面向未来发展不可或缺的一环。
Bridge: Nantong reaches the Yellow Sea in the east and the Yangtze River in the south. The pattern of “water embracing the city and the city embracing water” makes the city a “inaccessible city” isolated from northern and southern of Jiangsu. Therefore, the emergence of “bridge” not only facilitates the travel of Nantong people, but also promotes its foreign exchanges. “Bridge” has prospered its economy, bred its culture, and become an indispensable part of the future development of Nantong.

滩涂:不同于传统南方的小河流域,南通的水域更为辽阔,其中以滩涂居多的沿海地带形成了当地浅滩入水的“滩涂”地貌特征。每当四季潮汐,天光便云影出梦幻般的海上家园场景。
Tidal flat: different from the traditional small river basin in the south, the water area of Nantong is more vast, in which the coastal zone with the majority of tidal flats forms the “tidal flat” geomorphic characteristics of local shoals entering the water. Whenever the tides appear in the four seasons, the sky will cloud out the dreamlike scene of home on the sea.

项目位于江苏省南通市崇川区洪江路与通富北路交汇处。设计以“水”为媒介串联起了三进空间的格局:入口迎宾,林荫礼序和滩涂水院,它们一同构成了场地与建筑之间的景观节点,公共视廊的开放空间和“游园于水上”的情景叙事。
The project is located at the intersection of Hongjiang road and Tongfu North Road, Chongchuan District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. The design uses “water” as the medium to connect the three space patterns:the entrance of welcoming guests, the ceremony of tree shade and the courtyard of beach water, which together constitute the landscape node between the site and the building, the open space of public visual gallery and the scene narrative of “garden on water”.

景观强调建筑与环境的融合,16 米高的主体建筑体量,在 3.6 米的景墙与挺拔的植物映衬下,二层建筑如同漂浮的盒子悬于景观之上。
The landscape emphasizes the integration of architecture and environment. The two-story building, with the main building volume of 16 meters high, hangs above the landscape like a floating box against the background of 3.6 meters of landscape wall and straight plants.

统一简约的景墙延续至场地内部,入口自然而然的形成礼仪尊贵的迎宾院落。设计为满足艺术与功能的需求,设置了一个圆形的境水面置于空间中间,从而组织出清晰的市政步行、车行落客的到达人群和回返人群的交通导向。
The unified and simple landscape wall extends to the interior of the site, and the entrance naturally forms a ceremonial and noble welcome courtyard. In order to meet the needs of art and function, a circular water surface is set in the middle of the space, so as to organize a clear traffic guidance for the arriving and the returning crowd of the municipal walking and car landing.

二进的林荫礼序,与前后的空间通过借景障景的手法,相互流通渗透,形成流动与过渡的景观带空间。沿路乌桕夹道,在形成树荫的同时又与自然季相变化相互融合。墙隅的黑山石是抽象化的“舟”,面层的镜面与阳光、树影形成斑驳的光影变化。
The two in ritual sequence of tree shade, flowing and permeating each other, form a flowing and transitional landscape belt space with the space before and after by means of borrowing scenery and blocking scenery. Along the road, Sapium sebiferum is mixed with the natural seasonal changes while forming the shade. The black stone in the corner of the wall is an abstract “boat”, and the mirror of the surface forms mottled of changes of light and shadow with the sunlight and tree shadows.

从滩涂中寻找灵感的三进滩涂水院,既还原了滩涂处于海岸过渡地带的景象,又消弭出陆域和水域的清晰分界。ZSD 通过抽象化的手法提取滩涂上纵横交错、深浅不一的沟坎线条,设计出一系列贯穿全场地,并与建筑设计相呼应的“几何折线”路径和“立体褶皱”界面。
Looking for inspiration from the three entry shoal water yard, the yard not only restores the scene of tidal flats in the coastal transition zone, but also eliminates the clear boundary between land and water. ZSD abstracts the crisscross ridge lines of different depths on the beach by means of abstraction, and designs a series of “geometric broken line” paths and “three-dimensional fold” interfaces that run through the whole site and echo the architectural design.

结合大尺度的水院运用,原创设计出水上汀步的镜桥构筑物,形成空间场所自然的行为导向,同时明确了建筑与周围环境的响应关系。镜桥主体凌空架设,是场地整体构型的重心,桥下通过模拟河湖交汇、桥路皆宜的关系,将镜桥与水渠相互穿流、折角开合,水底通过不同材质变化呈现出晕染的效果,植物与碎石象征退潮后的湿地。
Combined with the application of large-scale water yard, the original design of the structure of mirror bridge for walking on the water surface forms the natural behavior orientation of the space, and clarifies the response relationship between the building and the surrounding environment. The main body of the mirror bridge is erected in the air, which is the center of gravity of the overall configuration of the site. Under the bridge, through the simulation of the relationship between the intersection of river and lake and the appropriate bridge and road, the mirror bridge and the canal flow through each other to form a corner opening and closing scene.

镜桥选用‘米粒面不锈钢与石材’相结合的手法作为主要材质,可以在提供实现灵活的大跨度空间的同时,避免了常规承重墙柱对临水环境中视线的分隔和遮挡。同时,还杜绝了‘传统镜面不锈钢’产生的光污染和高温问题,存留下更加温柔舒缓的折光效果,可与水中的倒影,一同为行径者,演绎出一种动态变化的自然体验。
The combination of “stainless steel of rice surface and stone” is used as the main material of the mirror bridge, which can provide flexible long-span space and avoid the separation and occlusion of the sight in the water environment by the conventional load-bearing wall columns. At the same time, it also eliminates the problems of light pollution and high temperature caused by the “traditional mirror stainless steel”, leaving a more gentle and soothing refraction effect. Together with the reflection in the water, it can deduce a dynamic natural experience for the doer.

镜桥在工艺上的落地性是本次项目的一大难点,受到材料本身的诸多限制因素:成本,材料尺寸、厚度,拼接方式,面层固定方式,桥面坡度,饰面角度等,使得我们必须多次通过数字化建模模拟推敲,对地面石材尺寸,桥内侧石材尺寸和不锈钢材料尺寸进行整体考虑,并对将桥面的每一块石材,每一块不锈钢都按照实际可实施的要求做了详细数据的标注和现场实际打样对比,才能最终确定实施方案。
The landing of mirror bridge in the process is a major difficulty of this project, which is limited by many factors of the material itself: cost, material size, thickness, splicing method, surface fixing method, deck slope, angle of decorative surface, etc., so we must make an overall analysis of the ground stone size, bridge inner stone size and stainless steel material size through digital modeling and simulation for many times. Each stone of the bridge deck and each piece of stainless steel are marked with detailed data and compared with the actual proofing according to the actual requirements, so as to finally determine the implementation plan.
