ORIENTAL OPUS has come out at this historical background. As respond for more than ten million Linyi people’s cultural demands，the project positions itself the new oriental centennial mansion with cultural background. The spirit of new oriental culture is to criticize and extract traditional culture，it emphasizes on contemporary lifestyles and aesthetics，disagrees to abuse symbol and space with no reason. It can impress deeply by capturing the traditional culture complex from traditional Chinese.

百年大宅则是住宅品质的倡导和要求，当代中国建筑平均寿命不到三十年，反映了人心的浮躁和质量的低劣，而奥德海棠苑，首倡百年住宅，突出对住宅品质的信心和价值传承，好房子，一套就够了。
