随着深圳高速发展,校园用地规模的日益紧张与优质学校环境的高期待,已成为当下校园建设的最主要矛盾。而设计委托方,南山外国语学校是深圳领头学校之一,在教育领域上一直承担重要作用;因此校园建设方面,更需要站在城市的角度去思考设计。此项目是位于深圳后海片区的南山外国语学校的高中部校园。除去标配的跑道操场,被矩形建筑体量框出的景观面积零散且细碎。如何积极地利用有限的空间,构建丰富的课堂之外的学习、生活体验和艺术修养的空间,是本次景观设计的重要挑战。
Instinct Fabrication: With the rapid development of Shenzhen, the increasingly tense scale of campus land and the high expectations of high-quality school environment have become the main contradiction in the current campus construction. The design client, Nanshan Foreign Language School, is one of the leading schools in Shenzhen and has always played an important role in the field of education. Therefore, in the aspect of campus construction, it is more necessary to consider the design from the perspective of the city.
This project is located in the middle and high school of Nanshan Foreign Language School in Shenzhen Houhai District. Apart from the standard runway playground, the landscape area framed by the rectangular building is scattered and finely divided. How to actively use the limited space and build a rich space for study, life experience and artistic accomplishment outside the classroom is an important challenge in this landscape design.
立足于人和使用 Rooted in users and uses
高中生是最特别的一个学生群体,一方面他们处于最活泼、最灿烂、以及对未来充满憧憬的花季雨季;另一方面,他们面临着高考,是承受学习压力最大的一个群体。
景观设计立足于高中生的三大特质:青春活力,怀揣梦想,步入成熟
Senior high school students are the most special group of students. On the one hand, they are in the most lively and brilliant phases with full hopes for the future. On the other hand, they are facing the college entrance examination, which is one of the groups most stressed in the students.
Landscape design is based on the three characteristics of high school students: youthful vigor, dreaming and stepping into maturity.
整个校园景观空间可容纳许多种不同的活动,包括学习、休憩、运动、放松身心、聚集交谈等活动,还可以满足节日型和特殊型活动需求。一个空间的舒适感,源自于使用并活跃在这个空间的人,即一群活泼的高中生们。景观不需做过多过繁的设计,呈现的场景是“刚刚好”的设计温度。通过景观的细心营造让高中生们能在趣味中学习,在自然中释怀,在交往中成熟。
The whole campus landscape space can accommodate many different activities, including learning, leisure, sports, relaxation, gathering and talking, and can also meet the needs of festivals and special activities. The comfort of a space comes from the people who use it and are active in it, that is, a group of active high school students. The landscape does not need to be designed too much, and the scene presented is ” just right”. Through the careful construction of the landscape, high school students can learn in fun, relax in nature and mature in communication.
文化植入空间 Integrated with culture
高中生犹如洁白无瑕的玉石,备受瞩目,期待发光,因此,景观设计引用了《礼记聘义》中对玉的六大特征:“礼”, “知”, “乐”, “信”,“义”, “仁”作为景观主题植入学校各个重要空间。
High school students are like white and flawless jade, attracting attention and expecting to shine. Therefore, the landscape design refers to the six major features of “Rites, Knowledge, Music, Faith, Righteousness and Benevolence” as landscape themes embedded in every important space of the school.
“礼” – 校园礼序空间
景观塑造校门主入口的仪式感和序列感为主,强调南外学校的稳重和端庄,中间为开阔广场,是校园通行和集会的主要空间,而绿墙结合校名,形成独特的南外情感记忆点。
“Rites” – Campus Rites Space
The landscape shapes the ritual and sequence sense of the main entrance of the school gate, emphasizing the sedate and dignified nature of the school outside the south, with the open square in the middle as the main space for campus passage and assembly, while the green wall combines with the school name to form a unique emotional memory point outside the south.
“知” – 户外知识花园
这是在阶梯教室上方的无覆土区域,设计将这个空间打造成了由课桌和长凳组成的户外知识花园;同时,条状的绿化穿插于此之间,形成在自然中学习,在阳光下交流的氛围。
"Knowledge" – Outdoor Knowledge Garden
This is the uncovered area above the step classroom, which is designed to be an outdoor knowledge garden composed of desks and benches. At the same time, the strip-shaped greening is interspersed among them, forming an atmosphere of learning in nature and communicating in the sun.
这里是户外的第二课堂,5 米跌落的剧场式木质阶梯,形成了有趣的竖向变化和观看界面。由叶子形状组成的演讲台和表演台是整个下沉空间的中心聚焦,同时,这是也支持小型演出,班会等聚集活动发生的主要场所,是高中生相互交流,培养彼此信任的雏型空间。
"Faith" – Performance Ladder Classroom
This is the second outdoor classroom, and the 5-meter-drop theater-type wooden ladder forms an interesting vertical change and viewing interface. The speech platform and performance platform composed of leaf shape are the central focus of the whole sinking space. At the same time, this is the main place where small-scale performances, class meetings and other gathering activities take place, and it is the space for high school students to communicate with each other and cultivate mutual trust.
“仁” – 蜿蜒静谧林间小径
校园西侧规划有一条消防通道,景观设计将其打造一个线性蓝花楹花园步道,形成了一个静谧,私密的散步通道。考虑到高中生学习压力和性格发育,这条道路也是为他们调节心理,独处,释怀的重要空间。
"Benevolence" – winding quiet forest path
The west side of the campus is planned to have a fire-fighting passage. The landscape design will create a linear Jacaranda mimosifolia garden trail, forming a quiet and private walking passage. Considering the high school students’ learning pressure and character development, this road is also an important space for them to adjust their psychology, be alone and let go.
下沉音乐花园是一个在负一层的方形空间,周边被音乐、舞蹈及美术教室等环绕。因此,在设计上,除了必要的休憩性和通过性考虑,设计强调艺术性,由三个彩色亚克力板形成的弧面景墙,丰富了空间层次,同时也形成了回音的空间效果,将听觉的细腻变化尽收耳底。
"Music" – Sinking Music Garden
The sunken music garden is a square space on the negative floor surrounded by music, dance and art classrooms. Therefore, in addition to the necessary rest and passing considerations, the design emphasizes artistry, and the curved wall formed by three colored acrylic plates enriches the space level and also forms the space effect of echo, giving a panoramic view of the delicate changes of hearing.
“义” – 畅仰湾区天际的开放操场
400 米标准田径运动场结合两个室外篮球场和一个排球场,是师生们进行集体体育活动的场地,是培养团队协作的空间。而开阔的操场空间使得视线可通达远处的深圳湾城市天际线。
"Righteousness" – Open Playground
The 400m standard track and field stadium combines two outdoor basketball courts and a volleyball court, which is a venue for teachers and students to carry out collective sports activities and a space for training team cooperation. The open playground space makes the sight line accessible to the distant city skyline of Shenzhen Bay.
结语:启发性的景观 Inspired in landscape
于人生,高中匆匆三年,我们希望往后回忆,南外的景观讲述着曾经一起并肩学习、一起谈笑过往、一起树下相约、一起胡闹中成长的故事。
我们营造空间,空间引导行为,行为影响心理。我们设计的更多是一种“刚刚好”的景观(Decent and Subtle Landscape),让空间回归于使用场地的高中师生们,丰富求知探索的学习氛围,照顾健康心理的环境需求,让学生们在其中快乐成长,这是我们最希望看到的。
In life, three years flies. We hope to recall later that the landscape of school tells the story of how we learned together, talked and talked together, met together under a tree, and grew up together in mischief.
We create space, space guides behavior, and behavior affects psychology. What we have designed is more of a “Decent and Subtle Landscape”, allowing the space to return to the high school teachers and students who use the site, enriching the learning atmosphere for knowledge and exploration, taking care of the environmental needs of healthy psychology, and enabling students to grow happily in it, which is what we want to see most.
