“我们的设计很简单,很强大,”负责该项目的设计主管AlexanderSchwarz解释说。
在以前的船屋逗留期间,我们吃了一些地道的德国佳肴。给我们的船屋里咬的东西做个样品,然后找出怎么在这里制作它们。
最初的船屋建筑功能非常强大:一个带有小窗户的阶梯混凝土板。建筑师们在前面切出大面积的墙壁,让光线进入建筑物,然后用绿色的木层包裹整个建筑,这些木层被一系列常规的大长方形窗户打断。木材从外面软化混凝土淤泥的冲击和深邃的森林绿色有助于这一点,真的很大,建筑退到斜面视觉。这两个平顶也被种植,增加了伪装效果。从水面上看,这座船屋现在看上去有点像一种橙色的感觉,在波茨坦附近有弗雷德里克大帝著名的桑苏西宫的梯田建筑的回声。项目设计师Christof Piaskowski同意这一观点:“绿色是我们在房子里现有的几块金属上找到的颜色,我们决定把它用于花园和水边的所有建筑中。”这使得山顶的别墅成为地产的主要焦点。事实上,如果你在暮色中乘船经过,你几乎不会注意到船屋在那里,尽管它的楼面比上面的主别墅大得多。
但桑苏西的相似之处就在这里结束了。在豪斯看,没有一个罗可可曲线或漩涡。室内的墙壁、地板和天花板-其中一半是一个双高的工作室空间-几乎完全是未经加工的混凝土。通往阁楼和阳台的楼梯有一种简约的工业美学。灯饰-条形灯条或从长电缆上悬挂的简单吊坠-都是黑色的,以及合适的家具元素:厨房和皮革沙发景观。
只有上层的房间有柔软的橡木地板,散发着一种特殊的天然碱液混合的宜人的林地气味。这里也有一些混凝土墙被抹掉了(Piaskowski解释说,这里的混凝土确实状况很差)。
