Tiger is a little gem of a sushi place. The concept was all about paring down to the raw essentials: the menu uses minimal, fresh ingredients to create unique flavors, bringing Japanese cuisine back to basics. Our design reflects the same approach, using a minimal palette of materials to achieve a natural, casual and luminous little indoor/outdoor space. Everything was impeccably crafted and truly artisanal.
