Mozzarella Store 的奶酪与美食空间

A beautiful Italian project on Michigan Avenue, probably the first one! A shop where you feel the Italian atmosphere. Every part, every material, every piece or furniture is Italian. The concept begins as a dairy where every day it produces mozzarella and other fresh Italian cheeses. The shop is composed of three focal parts: the cafe, where the typical Italian coffee machine is located. In this part the customer can have breakfast with typical Italian pastry. The second part is for sandwiches, salads and cold cuts. The third part is based on pizza and in the middle there is a wood oven, made by Sorrento artisans. The store has a minimalist architecture: only white and black dominate the scene. The store is composed by two floors: the second floor is the space for business customer, more calm for to work or for an event!
