This is our Preliminary Design for 7 modular boat storage units at the Channel Island Marina in the coastal city of Oxnard California. Our client's request was to provide for a secure boat storage/garage units with high ceilings and an industrial feel, as well as a deck/rest area for perhaps fish cleaning, maintenance, and a place for relaxation after a day of boating.
