AT THIS 60-SEAT RESTAURANT, NATURAL OAK AND HIP VINYL FLOORS, NATURAL STONE ACCENT WALLS, WARM FABRICS AND SOPHISTICATED DISHES COME TOGETHER IN AN ALPINE MODERN-STYLE SETTING

Seven years after our major renovation of Döllerer's Genusswelten, the restaurant required a reorganization and extension. The existing floor plan got updated to improve the workflow and table arrangement. A former butcher shop production area was transformed into an intimate addition to the restaurant for private dining and gatherings. Materials, fabrics and colors were gently upgraded to reflect the alpine region and to merge with the famous dishes and creations served.
