The Soho Houses Villas are holiday-planned and customer-oriented buildings.

Soho 14 and Soho 24 were placed on a 1472m2 land, taking into account environmental differentials. Villas sit on 160m2 with terraces, 100m2 of indoor area.

These villas, built in a region with a historical past, have been referred to certain details brought by the ancient structure of the region along with modern lines with stone walls. All sections in the building have been calculated and designed to receive sunlight. It is aimed to provide a spacious environment by creating gaps in the ceiling of the terrace sections of the villa. Master bedroom, Bathroom and Kitchen accompany a hidden botanical garden.
