Buddha House | 现代简约别墅设计，融入自然光与能源优化

The corner lot, with two access streets and a roundabout at the reverse corner, posed the challenge of designing a modern, transparent and open-plan house, in a lot with little privacy and located on the main street of a closed neighborhood with traditional style houses.

The house was implanted on its longest side, taking it entirely as a front, closing forward and opening the quiet part of the building towards the garden and the good northeast orientation.

The challenge of this project was to seek to manage in harmony the following concepts: simplicity, spatiality, natural lighting, technical and constructive resolution, aesthetic consistency and rationalization of energy
