A place that fascinates with views around, the air of which you breathe easily, the purity that you feel after 5 minutes. This is what THE ONE got at the beginning of the project. We worked with the client on their house, and when we got down to the hotel we already understood each other quite well. I wanted to create a bright and unforgettable image, the instagram location of the boutique hotel to which you want to return again. On three floors of the hotel there are rooms with 33 rooms of different classes, a restaurant with an open summer terrace, a reception area with a ski rental and drying shop, rooms for staff that overlook the rear facade and utility rooms. Also, the project of the hotel includes a Spa area, which, in terms of logistics, is competently connected with the main building and access to the rooftop pool. It also has its own helipad for VIP guests. The hotel is located on a difficult terrain, with a beautiful view of the mountains, is focused on full workload in the winter season, as it is located in the most popular ski resort in Ukraine.

Taking into account the class and the pretentious application for the client, it is equipped with everything that is needed for the comfort and pleasant stay of future guests.
