阿拉伯风情美食广场

Nakhrisi Factory had been established on March 5th, 1935. Its initial operation started in 1938. The purpose of constructing this factory was developing textile industry in Khorasan that will cause consuming local harvest (cotton) and developing farming and industry. In 2004 Nakhrisi Factory was moved to Neyshabour in order to have a bigger space and its old building has been abandoned.

Idea:

Nakhrisi Factory is considered as one of Mashhad' s industrial heritage monuments that had been abandoned for years. In order to revitalize this building, we decided to provide a function that will attract Mashhad’s tourists and local people (especially Arab tourists) to this district and create a lively atmosphere. We liked to show some of the Arabian gastronomy and traditions. Due to all reasons mentioned above, we decided to consider it as an Arabian Food Court.
