混凝土之家的现代演绎

The architectural project by Arch. Bergamaschi Giovanni involves the renovation of a portion of a single-family house from the 70s with expansion towards the garden through an overhanging volume built in reinforced concrete

The volume houses the kitchen with dining area and living room on the ground floor. Going up through a waxed black metal staircase leads to the mezzanine which houses a small relaxation and study area.

The large window on two floors allows the view towards the garden and the entrance of light enjoyed by the volume itself.

The sleeping and services area was instead built in the "old" house

Il progetto architettonico prevede la ristrutturazione di porzione di una casa unifimiliare degli anni '70 con ampliamento verso il giardino attraverso un volume in aggetto costruito in calcestruzzo armato

Il volume ospita la cucina con zona pranzo e living al piano terra. Salendo attraverso una scala in metallo nero cerato si accede al soppalco che ospita una piccola zona relax e studio.

La grande vetrata su due piani permete l'affaccio verso il giardino e l'ingresso della luce di cui gode il volume stesso.

La zona notte e servizi è stata invece realizzata nella "vecchia" abitazione
