The new building Cantina Valpolicella Negrar becomes bill of the wine culture: cellar from merely productive place to cultural, educational and tasting place. On the basis of the concept of sustainability is the redevelopment of the existing, avoiding the considerable environmental costs related to demolition. The project of the east area expansion is proposed as an element of harmonization and uniformity of the plant giving it a new image enriched by new functions; at the same time, the stratification that characterizes the growth over time of the production, is not denied.
