The luxurious Cedrus Residence, designed in a modern Mediterranean style, is situated in a unique and beautiful location.

In this particular site, the natural environment temperature is the warmest in Switzerland, where the stunning view on the Lake Maggiore, Locarno city and the surrounding mountains, create a perfect framework.

The project is divided in 4 blocks for 21 total apartments of different sizes; each one benefits of its privacy but shares with the other units a luxurious internal SPA perfect to relax during the winter and an outdoor terrace with an infinity pool and several gazebos placed to enjoy every single moment of the long summer; moreover, the comfortable and luxurious covered parking, placed one floor under the residences, gives direct access to the respective block, by lift and by stairs.

The designers have studied every detail of the project, leaving anything to chance, using only best quality materials and fully respectful of the environment.

In each apartment, the electrical system is a top class customizable home automation, the heating and cooling is provided by a low-powered, geothermal implant, which will guarantee a very low usage cost during the four seasons.
