This arm of the highly successful Iron Fish Real Estate & Development business is as a concierge service for guests staying in the apartments directly above, and provides a new beginning, in North Melbourne, for their brand of short-term accommodation management.

Inspired by Art Deco hotels, we combined walnut panelling and brass trim with glamorous Lee Broom feature pendant lighting and space defining Phillip Jefferies wallpaper, complementing an impressive bras trimmed reception counter.

A level of luxury and sophistication combined with commercial performance and practicality guided our selection and design process from concept to completion, leading to an impressive outcome, and a very satisfied client.
