罗马小公寓的北欧风设计

Questo piccolo appartamento romano di 70 mq, situato nel cuore di Garbatella a due passi dallo storico teatro Palladium, mantiene la stessa disposizione planimetrica su richiesta della committenza prevedendo un restyling della zona living.

Il progetto si concentra prevalentemente sulla zona giorno, ripensato in stile nordico e arricchito dal rivestimento con bassorilievi appena percettibli, che percorrono elegantemente la superficie. In tutto l’appartamento è stato realizzato un pavimento in resina ad effetto materico di colore grigio per dare continuità all’appartamento. 

Uno degli obiettivi progettuali è stato quello di eliminare la sensazione sgradevole dell’attuale ingresso che risultava particolarmente buio.  La cucina, visibile dall’ingresso, è stata nascosta dietro una quinta trasmettendo una sensazione minimale di estrema pulizia. Le pareti bianche, il pavimento in resina grigio e il rivestimento nero  conferiscono  all’appartamento un aspetto contemporaneo.

This small, 70-mq Roman apartment is located in the heart of Garbatella just a few steps from the historic Palladium theatre. It maintains the same plan-metric arrangement as requested by the client by providing a re-styling of the living area.

The project focuses mainly on the day area, redesigned in Nordic style and enriched by the coating with barely perceptible bas-reliefs, which elegantly cover the surface. A grey material resin floor has been made throughout the apartment to give continuity to the apartment.

One of the design objectives was to get rid of the unpleasant feeling of the current entry, which was particularly dark. The kitchen, that is visible from the entrance, was hidden to convey a feeling of extreme cleaning. The white walls, the grey resin floor and the black coating give to the apartment a modern look.
