2021年新竣工的义乌市稠州小学位于浙江义乌行政区域内,其东南面是义乌江,西南方向为主干道,周边小区居民众多,对小学的需求量巨大。义乌市中心的用地寸土寸金,拆迁给提供的场地非常狭小,采用什么样的总图布局与造型设计就有了非常大的局限性。在杂乱无章与拥挤不堪的旧城中建造一个全新的小学是一个巨大的挑战。
The newly completed Yiwu Chouzhou primary school in 2021 is located in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, with the Yiwu River in the southeast and the main trunk road in the southwest. There are many residents in the surrounding communities, and there is a huge demand for primary schools. The land in the center of Yiwu is an inch of land and an inch of gold. The site provided by demolition is very narrow. What kind of general layout and modeling design is adopted has great limitations. 义乌市稠州小学建设用地约为25335平米,需要36个班级,总地上建筑面积28650平米,东南面临义乌江,其他三面均被道路和其他商业居住建筑包围,间距的退让、规范及日照的要求、教学的各个功能划分,使得建筑注定以紧张的布局展开。由于基地位于义乌江边,因此在学校整体规划与造型的设计上,我们将义乌江的水流与浪花之美,寓意于建筑的形体、空间及景观设计之中,创造出了婉转起伏的曲面与线条空间,表现出行云流水般的、自由舒畅的建筑艺术形态,整个建筑组团平衡中蕴含着动感,变化中充满活力,如义乌江潮中的一片涟漪,生长在义乌的城市中间。
The construction land of Chouzhou primary school is about 25335 square meters, requiring 36 classes, with a total aboveground construction area of 28650 square meters. It faces the compulsory Yiwu River in the southeast, and the other three sides are surrounded by roads and other commercial and residential buildings. Due to the concession of spacing, the requirements of norms and sunshine, and the division of various functions of teaching, the building is destined to be carried out in a tense layout. As the base is located by the Yiwu River, in the overall planning and modeling design of the school, we implied the beauty of the water flow and spray of the Yiwu River in the architectural form, space and landscape design, creating a gently undulating curved surface and line space, showing the free and comfortable architectural art form of traveling like clouds and water, and the balance of the whole architectural group contains movement, It is full of vitality in change, such as a ripple in the tide of Yiwu River, growing in the middle of Yiwu City.

设计对于曲线的处理,连廊的层层变化,产生独特的错落感。与周围高楼的垂直造型及老城规整的肌理形成对比,也使观者对周边环境产生独特的视角和全新的思路。在密集的城市肌理中打开一个“透气孔”,让老城重获新生。
The treatment of curves and the layer-by-layer changes of corridors in the design produce a unique sense of dislocation. In contrast with the vertical shape of the surrounding high-rise buildings and the regular texture of the old city, it also makes the viewer have a unique perspective and new ideas about the surrounding environment. Open a “vent hole” in the dense urban texture to rejuvenate the old city.

设计师通过巧妙的创意构思,将符号“π”与校园建筑的总图设计融合在一起,给孩子们找到一个充满想象与设计感的创意空间。动感的造型、丰富的空间、曲折流动的中庭与廊道,赋予整个建筑独特的创意与美感。场地与景观的设计,呼应建筑形体与立面设计,使整个学校建筑如动感的数学符号,给孩子们带来无尽的艺术修养氛围与文化学习气息。
Through ingenious creative ideas, the designer integrates the symbol “π” with the general layout design of campus architecture to find a creative space full of imagination and design sense for children. Dynamic modeling, rich space, tortuous and flowing atrium and corridor. Endow the whole building with unique creativity and beauty. The design of site and landscape echoes the architectural form and facade design, so that the whole school building is like a dynamic mathematical symbol, bringing endless artistic cultivation atmosphere and cultural learning atmosphere to children.

义乌市中心整体用地紧张,我们充分发掘用地使用价值,不仅是对场地进行平面的简单分区,更是充分利用竖向空间进行布局,打造立体校园。

设计充分考虑周边噪声对校园生活的影响,提高建筑体量。将安静的中间区域留给普通教学区及行政楼,采用平行布局模式,设计普通教室共36班。操场设于地块东北侧,靠近噪声源较大的稠州北路和化工路交叉口;综合图书馆、多功能厅等公共功能置于用地西南侧,功能含校史德育展、图书室、多功能厅等;综合楼置于用地西北侧,靠近江滨北路。其中一~二层设置餐厅等功能,食堂的物流在地面解决;三层为学生活动室、值班室等功能;四层功能为室内篮球场、体育器材室等,屋顶同时设置屋顶运动场地。
The design fully considers the impact of surrounding noise on campus life and improves the building volume. The quiet middle area is reserved for the ordinary teaching area and administrative building. The parallel layout mode is adopted, and 36 classes of ordinary classrooms are designed. The playground is located in the northeast of the plot, close to the intersection of Chouzhou North Road and chemical road with large noise source; Public functions such as comprehensive library and multi-functional hall are located in the southwest of the land, including school history and moral education exhibition, library, multi-functional hall, etc. The complex building is located in the northwest of the land, close to Jiangbin North Road. Among them, the first to second floors are for functions such as canteen, and the logistics of canteen is solved on the ground; The functions of the third floor are student activity room, duty room and so on; The functions of the fourth floor are indoor basketball court, sports equipment room, etc., and the roof sports ground is set on the roof at the same time.

设计遵循“紧中求疏”的原则,依靠建筑体量的调整拉开建筑间距,在紧张用地中获取足够的空间,提供宽松的建筑地面活动空间,同时获取良好的东南季风。建筑功能分区明确、合理、流畅,教室窗户南北之间距均大于25米。立面设计同样采用连续的横向弧线设计,材料采用砖砌弧线,外饰面用浅白色涂料。横向玻璃窗贯通,形成连续弧线打造行云流水般的创意与美感。
The design follows the principle of “seeking sparseness while tightening”, relies on the adjustment of building volume to open the building spacing, obtain sufficient space in tight land, provide loose building ground activity space, and obtain good southeast monsoon. The building functional zoning is clear, reasonable and smooth, and the distance between the north and south of classroom windows is greater than 25m. The facade design also adopts continuous horizontal arc design, the material adopts brick arc, and the external finish is painted with light white paint. The horizontal glass window is connected to form a continuous arc, creating a flowing creativity and beauty.

建筑一层设置充足的架空层,建筑景观内院及楼层的架空连廊,构成校园完整的地面交通和景观休闲系统。学校建筑各个单体之间通过连廊和平台的连接,形成多层次开放空间,同时通过连廊与垂直电梯保证学校空间的无障碍使用,打造“无风雨与无障碍的空间连接”,使师生可以便捷、舒适、安全地到达校园内任何一个空间。灵动的校园与建筑空间与江南城市的柔美以及义乌江水的流线相呼应与融合,提供了全景动态的学习、休闲与生活场景。
Sufficient overhead floors are set on the first floor of the building, and the overhead corridors of the building landscape inner courtyard and floors constitute a complete ground transportation and landscape leisure system of the campus. Each single building of the school is connected through the corridor and platform to form a multi-level open space. At the same time, the barrier free use of the school space is ensured through the corridor and vertical elevator to create a “wind, rain and barrier free space connection”, so that teachers and students can easily, comfortably and safely reach any space in the campus. The flexible campus and architectural space echo and integrate with the tenderness of Jiangnan City and the streamline of Yiwu River, providing a panoramic and dynamic scene of learning, leisure and life.

地面交通规划清晰合理。校园人行主入口设在基地南侧,校园接送兼后勤车行出入口、大客车出入口设在基地西侧规划支路,社会公共车行出入口设在东侧化工路,较为直接的进入地库,杜绝车辆对校园人流的干扰,人车分流。
The ground traffic planning is clear and reasonable. The main entrance of the campus pedestrian is located in the south of the base, the entrance and exit of the campus shuttle and logistics vehicle and the entrance and exit of the bus are located in the planned Branch Road in the west of the base, and the entrance and exit of the social public vehicle are located in the chemical road in the East, which can directly enter the basement, so as to eliminate the interference of vehicles on the campus pedestrian flow and the diversion of people and vehicles.

本项目打造义乌市第一所全地下接送校园,将接送空间及家长等候区设于地下,高效利用地下空间,校园不因早晚接送高峰拥堵,并最大程度地保障了学生们的安全。同时在非早晚接送学生时段充分利用场地资源,将停车场面向公众开放。地下提供500个机动车泊位,其中183辆为社会公共停车;89辆为校园教师停车及228辆为接送停车。
The project will build the first all underground transfer campus in Yiwu. The transfer space and parents’ waiting area will be located underground to make efficient use of the underground space. The campus will not be congested due to the transfer peak in the morning and evening, and ensure the safety of students to the greatest extent. At the same time, make full use of the site resources during the non morning and evening pick-up and transfer of students, and open the parking lot to the public. 500 motor vehicle berths are provided underground, of which 183 are public parking; 89 are for campus teachers and 228 are for pick-up and drop off.

The design team finally created a unique primary school design template and sample in the domestic city with unique design concepts and techniques within the narrow scope of urban transformation. The design provides buildings and spaces with rich rhythm and rhythm. These flexible spaces have become an extension of the campus, creating a good atmosphere and environment for teacher-student communication, students’ after-school activities and learning. This is not only a primary school, but also a carrier of urban culture, art and life.
