Dark & Stormy used loud patterns, faux florals, and dim lighting to create the unique ambience present at Ter Marsch & Co Amsterdam.

Collection Amsterdam Flowermarket hotel, only contained two words: Flowers and WOW. The restaurant is an ambitious bar-grill where award-winning burgers are served. We chose to create a space where you’d be able to discover different intimate, colourful areas, using materials that combined the luxurious atmosphere of marble, brass and velvet with a rough edge like sho shogi ban-blackened wood (after all, it’s always about grilled burgers at Ter Marsch!) a concrete floor with brass inlays and vintage oak tables. Situated right at the flowermarket in Amsterdam, we just had to include a giant cloud of flowers hanging over the central bar, including lots of tulips and even weed leaves. Since the opening, the restaurant has been a popular backdrop for many influencers.
