这栋新的住宅坐落在丸龟市的香川县，是为一个四口之家设计建造的。因为住宅周围的社区/区域都是公共空间，所以他们必须在一个开放和免费的空间及私人空间之间创造一个良好的平衡。从外面看，住宅像没有窗户一样，并给人一种封闭感，但是一旦你进入住宅，一个新的、出乎意料的世界就会向你敞开。因为住宅的屋顶是简单的向一方倾斜的形式，所以它包含了四个内部的花园，它们将一个基本空间转换成了一个可以按照目的进行分裂的复杂空间--能够产生不同的改变和场景。

除此之外，住宅可能看起来很冷，但是它有很好的绝热和日光摄取控制，这让住宅变得超级舒适和宜居。住宅的颜色是白色、灰色和主要的单色调，按照客户强烈的偏好，光线散射到了随意的地方，与绿色和木色并列着。

This is new residential building in Kagawaken, Maruyamashi built for a family of 4. While the surrounding neighborhood/area is common place, they have struck a good balance between affording a open and free space vs. privacy. From the outside it looks like there are no windows, it gives off a closed off feel, but once you go inside a whole new unexpected world opens up. While the the roof is a simple one side slanted thing it contains 4 inside gardens, which transforms a basic space into a complex space that can be split up for different purposes -- enabling different changes and scenes to play out.

In addition, while the house may look cold, it has excellent thermal insulation and sunlight intake control which makes it a super comfortable and liveable. The color palette is white, grey and monotone primarily, light scatters in random places and juxaptosed by green and wood tones as per the clients strong preference.
