这是由La Nouvelle Agence设计的Ginko Eco-Quarter公寓，位于波尔多北部。建筑呈六边形，一天里的阳光会照射到每一个立面，同时可欣赏周边建筑之间的广阔风景。建筑每层约有三四间公寓，采用了典型的垂直交通布局。建筑立面凹进去的空间是角阳台和凹阳台。建筑采用了白垩质砖石，阳台采用了当地松木，两种材质之间形成了对比。

The ‘CANOPEE’ plot is located in the GINKO Eco-Quarter, north of Bordeaux. The plot is conceived by the architecture agency BROCHET-LAJUS-PUEYO. Two buildings on the plot are situated along a canal. As they wanted an architectural diversity for the buildings along the canal, the architects BROCHET-LAJUS-PUEYO kindly invited us to conceive the F building.

The building’s hexagonal footprint provides more hours of sun exposure to each facade and offers expansive views between the neighboring buildings. There are three or four apartments on each floor, each with a typical orthogonal layout.

The interstitial spaces are utilized as angular terraces and balconies. The building is finished in a chalky white brick, with all of the terraces clad in local pinewood, distinguishing between the exterior volume and the surfaces of the subtracted voids.
