项目坐落在一个小的不规则场址上，场址则位于两条街道相交十字路口的一个角落中，这两条街道分别是Kastielska和Klukata，Kastielska是一条相当繁忙的街道，Klukata与当地的公募相毗邻。用一句话说，别墅融入了一个由家庭住宅组成的区域，用另一句话说，别墅被公寓建筑体量包围着。投资者的目标非常明确：设计要优雅而永恒；使用混凝土和白色的混合材料；起居室和卧室要朝向南部。别墅设计理念的基本前提是在内部空间和外部空间之间创造最有可能的连接。

一楼完全向花园敞开，但是仍然为居住者们提供了隐私的保护。上部楼层和街道边的墙壁基本上是对街道完全封闭的。创造了一个非常内向的视觉印象。项目的设计想要创造出一个雕刻般的印象，一个在一块光滑的、白色的体块上进行的雕刻。这栋三层楼的别墅由蒸汽泵进行加热，并由一个智能的家庭控制系统管理着。在地下室中有一个实用空间，包含了洗衣房、储藏室、酒窖和楼梯。一楼包含了带有储藏室的车库、入口大厅和生活区域。

The house is located on a small atypical plot on the corner of the intersection of two streets - Kastielska, a rather busy street, and Klukata street, which is adjacent to the local cemetery. From one side, the house emerges from an area of family houses and from the other side it is surrounded by apartment buildings. The investor's intentions were very clear: to create an elegant and timeless design and clear material mix of concrete and white with living rooms and bedrooms oriented to south.The concept of the house based on the basic premise to create the most possible connection between interior and exterior.

First floor is completely opened to the garden, but also offers intimacy for residents, upper floor and the street-facade are almost completely closed off the street and visualy creates a very introverted impression.The design is supposed to create an impression of a sculpture carved from a single piece of smooth white matter. The 3-story house is heated by heat pump and managed by an inteligent home control system.In the basement (1st underground floor) there is a utility room with laundry, 1 storeroom, wine cellar and staircase. On groundfloor (1st floor), a garage with storage, the entrance hall and the living area are located.
