澳大利亚的Aboda design group设计团队最近完成了位于澳大利亚昆士兰州海岸“库拉姆海湾海滨别墅”。主要是由陡峭的部位所决定，每个面的方向都是东/西轴线，朝南接受自然光。以重自然元素为主导，采用厚重的混凝土建造入口。

材料由多种形式的混凝土结构和包层，雪松板，瓷砖和铝墙板组成，这样选材是因为其具有耐用性和维护费用低，特别重要的是因为沿海气候。室内空间是大型开放的，温暖的木质地板和白色墙壁缓解了显得坚硬的外墙材料。大型玻璃幕墙滑开时，就好像室内用悬臂式甲板通向天空。可控制的窗户不仅提供了优良的自然光，而且也可以对流通风。各类百叶窗，可控制的和固定的，进一步有助于对阳光直射的控制。

australian practice aboda design group recently completed the ‘coolum bays beach house’ on the coast of queensland, australia. dictated primarily by the steep site, each form is oriented on the east/west axis, opening up towards the south to accept natural light. heavy natural elements as a precursor to the heavy concrete volumes that frame the entryway.

materials consists of various forms of concrete structure and cladding, cedar panels , tile and aluminum siding- chosen for their durability and low maintenance, especially important in the coastal climate. the interior enjoys large open spaces. warmer wooden floors and white walls offset the hard exterior materials. large glass walls slide open allowing the interior to flow out onto the cantilevered decks in the sky. the abundance of operable windows not only provide an excellent natural light but cross ventilation as well. various types of louvers, operable and fixed, further help the control of direct sunlight.
