布里斯班的昆士兰建筑大学，一直是澳大利亚许多知名建筑师的训练场。整个项目包括改建一个双层的多功能工作室、演讲研讨区、以及加工制作区。设计师把一个原先用途单一没有任何景致的建筑，改造成了一个灵活多变的地方，这里可以被用做社交场所，也可用于符合建筑学特点的协作空间。该项目的设计选取了一定的主题，为作为学校主体的学生、教职员工、以及同行的来访者们带来了一种新鲜的气息。它们让学校具有了新的身份特征，同时，将阳光和室内的绿色植物联系在了一起。教师、学生和来访的人们可以将公用的厨房当作灵活的课程协助空间，或者作为展览区域。

The UQ Architecture School has been the training ground for many well-known and prominent Australian architects. The works include a renovation of level two, designed to be used as a flexible studio, lecture and seminar space, as well as a making and fabrication space.We transformed single purpose rooms with no views, into flexible and porous spaces that support the social and collaborative nature of architectural education. Our design picks up on these themes, breathing new life into the School for the benefit of students, staff and visitors alike. The result provides a new identity for the School, while drawing light in and connecting the interior to its leafy surroundings. It provides the capacity for staff, students and visitors to share a communal kitchen as part of a new flexible and collaborative tutorial and exhibition space.
