该项目占地约为3000平方米，主要是Petrol集团的办公室和展厅。外部的新工业建筑与古董式的内部构造模式形成鲜明的对比，但是这样的对比却不影响Petrol集团在行业内的顶级品牌形象。在设计过程中，建筑材料尽量采用天然、纯粹、原始的建材。整个项目构造简单，环境温馨，建造过程中还充分回收利用旧木和二手材料。

The outside new industrial building is a contrast with the inside, vintage, industrial looking interior, which fits as an old comfortable coat to the image of the brand Petrol Industries. Use materials are natural, pure, rough, constructed, warm, industrial, new and recycled old wood and vintage items.
