设计理念在于将所有人员对于电视台的体验都融入其中。还有休闲娱乐区，使得员工能放松身心。许多工作室都有两个部分组成，一个是办公区，一个是工作室。从园区入口进入到电视台的世界，总是充满着无尽的可能。进入到FOX新闻间，也伴随着很多报道，正代表了FOX是世界上最大的传媒公司。想象就是对未来的预知，电视剧有80%的剧情是根据想象并且要结合趣味性，做到反应真实情况同时又揭露真理的平衡。FOX电视台是结合传统并且满足现代产品需要的产物。

The concept was to involve all personnel in the Television experience. The innovation was to have a “Plug and Play” production facility from end to end of all areas of the facility. To create an architectural language and design that would not only serve the staff well being, but also be able to be used as a ready set design, for new programming.

Beginning with the Campus entrance as a structured corporate environment, one crosses the threshold into the world of Television, its endless possibilities, coupled with the reporting responsibilities of a FOX news entity, representing the largest Media Company in the world, NEWS Corporation.

Imagination is a preview of the future, with television being largely 80% imagination & entertainment and the balance of programming to the truth in responsibility of delivering news and information.The Fox Television Campus is a melding of the original Ottoman Empire Topkapi “Caique Hani” ( Boat House) with the needs of a modern corporate production facility.
