为了给公司的组织架构提供更有利的帮助，这种协作的办公空间是必不可少的。这里的设计允许所有的工作团队在线性的交流空间里随意的沟通。除此以外，这个办公室没有设立特定的工作座位，这样员工们可以根据工作需要自如的到处移动。主要工作区域里使用了那种嵌入式的桌面技术，还有一个完全基于云计算的服务器，这满足了员工们在办公室的每一个角落随时随地工作的需求。

Unispace recently moved into a new office space in Los Angeles designed to demonstrate activity-based working and the firms design-build capabilities.The goal of the new office was to create an atmosphere that would allow the different departments to interact with one another in a fluid fashion. Designers, project managers, and contractors worked collaboratively on the project from the initial stages of design until the final punch list walk. Together, team members ensured project solutions were feasible, adhering to both budget, schedule and building requirements.

This sort of collaborative environment is particularly important in order to support the organizational methodology of the company. This design creates an environment where the lines of communication are enhanced among all team members. In addition, not having assigned seating allows team members to move from location to location based on the needs of the projects they are working on. Embedded desktop technology within the main work surface and a fully cloud-based server enable staff access from all areas in the office.
