该设计是一个整合方案，由伦敦著名的brisac gonzalez事务所操刀，将波尔多一个停车场与住宅区相融合。该项目应vinic/adim的要求设计的，坐落于波尔多加仑河畔。一层是占地1,400平米的零售商铺，2~5层是拥有450个停车位的停车场，最上层则是19家天台屋式的公寓和5个拥有花园和露台的套楼公寓。

停车场的内部是颜色和状态可变化的彩绘天花板，这主要是依靠照明方案设计而成的，例如车辆表面的反射从外部照射进来的自然光，从而产生各式各样的颜色。

the integrated proposal by london-based brisac gonzalez architects sees a housing complex positioned on top of a green car parking building in bordeaux. the 16 000m2 development was commissioned by vinci/adim and is part of the ‘euratlantique’ project that is spread across three municipalities bordeaux, bègles and floriac in france. located close to the banks of the garonne river, the site comprises of 1400m2 retail on the ground floor, a 450 space carpark over four levels plus 19 rooftop apartments – including 5 duplexes ranging from one to three bedrooms with generous gardens and terraces.

the interior of the parking space offers a dynamic atmosphere with vibrantly painted ceilings, the integrated lighting scheme and the reflective surfaces of automobiles. the expansive, open floors offer high levels of daylight to filter through as well as cross ventilation and views out to the river.

the ‘euratlantique’ aims to create an international business center that will combine various neighborhoods, shops, offices and also the transformation of the bordeaux saint- jean train station. the development is based partly on the fast rail link with paris – a major rail connection between southern and northern europe by 2020. it is envisioned that the area will have 30 000 new residents and 20 000 new jobs will be created.
