该建筑基于海啸可持续重建计划项目而建设，起于莫尔河沿岸地带，终点位于Maguellines海港，体现了以巨型岩石块为基调的自然景观遗址。这里还连接一个长约4.5公里的自行车旅行道。

Developed in the context of the Post-tsunami Sustainable Reconstruction Plan (PRES) of Constitution, the project consists of a series of coastal lookout points along the way from Maule River’s mouth (downtown) to Maguellines Port, in order to reinforce and highlight the natural heritage embodied by the huge rocks of this landscape. The platforms are connected to a 4.5 km cycle lane.
