Due to the reduced space, the focus of this design was to prioritize a functional layout and the grouping of the maximum number of functions in just three “programmatic boxes”, which is, demarcated areas with specific uses.

In natural wood are the kitchen and laundry. In light grey, there is the dining and home office. In dark gray the bedroom.

All “boxes” are full of openings and sliding doors, which give flexibility to the multifunctional use of the space.

The outdoor garden increases the relationship with the neighborhood's surroundings, which was the inspiration for the project's name.
