文创园概述Description of culture park

北京万里石文创园位于北京市朝阳区三间房南里4号院2049文创园E18，公司占地3000多平米，建筑面积1200平米，四周环绕着七颗树龄60年以上的法国梧桐树，这也寓意着万里石专注于主业，把产品和服务做到极致，品牌引得四方客。北京万里石文创园是万里石集团继厦门梦工厂之后在高端家装领域的又一创举，定位于私人家装的高端定制服务，为高端别墅、私人豪宅等提供整体解决方案。

设计解析

文创园是在一个有几十年历史的厂房基础上改造而成的，厂房的基本情况就是一个长方形的二层建筑，外墙及室内都比较简单，大量的玻璃窗和简易的屋顶结构。当我们接到这个设计任务，勘察现场的时候，发觉改造还是有点难度，原始的结构已经不足以支撑新加的楼板，对于这个建筑而言，结构的处理是最大的投入。在这个改造项目中，需要很多专业的设计介入其中，建筑、园林、结构、机电、灯光和室内设计等。面积不大，但是需要协调的事情很多。从外到内的都需要全面的统筹考虑。

万里石文创园既然是以石材展示及销售为主要目的展示空间，那么石材在设计当中的运用就是理所当然。为此，设计师专程到厦门万里石工厂进行了考察，希望能在厦门找到石材文创的精髓，为设计找到灵感。天然石材是大自然鬼斧神工的杰作，大自然才是最好的艺术家，石材的纹理美轮美奂，怎么样才能把石材最美，工艺最精良的一面展示给客户呢？这个就是我们在这个项目中重点要做的事情。

Culture Park is in a factory have decades of history on the basis of transformation, and the basic condition of the factory almost like a rectangular buildings of two floor. Exterior and interior was simple finished which a lot of glass Windows and simple structure of roof. We found the project will be a little difficult since the original structure was not strong enough to support the new floor so the structure work will one of the biggest investment when we got the design task and first time to survey the scene. A lot of professional design is needed to get involved in the project, such as architecture, architecture, structure, electromechanical, lighting and interior design. The area is small, but there are many things that need to be coordinated. Everything from external to internal needs comprehensive consideration. Since it is the main purpose of the display and sales of stone material display space, the application of stone material in design is taken for granted. To this end, the designer went to Xiamen Wanli Stone Factory for investigation, hoping to find the essence of stone culture in Xiamen and looking for inspiration for the design. Natural stone is the masterpiece of nature and nature is the best artist. It will be a big question for us which how to put the stone is the most beautiful process to represent the finest to customers? That’s what we’re going to focus on in this project.

建筑设想

怎样把一个相对破旧的厂房变成一个看着既现代又实用的展示空间呢，我们在建筑的外立面结构上并没有做过多的改造，而是强调入口及主立面，把形象做到最实用化。建筑的主立面依然是对称的结构形式，加建的入口玻璃圆厅，结合了实用功能及风水学的要求。通透、聚气、也形成了建筑主立面的核心亮点，将原有建筑的单调变得虚实结合，现代与传统融为一体。西面的主立面，把灰砖外墙与玻璃窗进行了改造，增加了石材的外幕墙形式，既打破了原始，又将万里石的石材进行了实物展示。

How to get a relatively old workshop into a looking at both modern and practical exhibition space? we did not have much change on he building’s facade structure but emphasizes the entrance and the main façade to make the most practical figure in these area.

The main facade of the building is still a symmetrical structure with the glass round hall in entrance, which combines practical functions with the requirements of feng shui.

The core of the main facade of the building is transparent and combined, which has changed from monotony of the original buildings to the modern integration with tradition.

We renovated the grey brick wall and the glass window on the main facade of the west side and add stone curtain wall, which not only broken the original feeling and also exhibited the stone material of wanli stone.
