该项目位于秘鲁首都利马、共包含七个住宅单元。整个建筑面积呈矩形，面积为445 m2，面向本区特色的城市公园。住宅距离街道地面1.50m，有一个宽敞的大厅，来自公共的庭院的光线间接地照亮大厅。该设计旨在连接所有的居住空间，营造安静的室内氛围，并让居住者在住宅内观赏公园或内部庭院的景观。在该理念的指导下形成的内部格局实现了空间的优化利用。阳台可以根据用户需求进行布置，形成充满活力而变化的洞外外表皮。外面的活动窗可以保护隐私，还可以抵挡恶劣气候。

Located in the Miraflores borough in Lima, Peru, the project consists of seven apartments. The plot is rectangular with an area of 445 m2 (4,790 ft2) looking out to one of the urban parks characteristic of the zone. The project is 1.50 m (5 ft) above street level; it has a large lobby with indirect lighting from a communal courtyard. The concept aims to join the superimposed living areas of the apartments, creating indoor atmospheres, some with views to the park and others to the interior courtyards. This makes an efficient interior distribution that follows the program. The terraces can be turned around and personalized, like a dynamic, changing skin, with moving panels that give privacy and protection from the climate.
