When you place yourself here, you can feel the poetic flavour everywhere, and smell the taste of dream. The palace designed by LAUREN CHENG for EUAVDO International (Hong kong) Co.,Ltd, is located in the CBD of Baiyun District, Guangzhou. In the area of 406 square meters, LAUREN CHENG placed the idea of WORLD VIEW SENSIBLE WORLD anywhere of the space.

Smile Opening Hall - The world would become dulcet with more smiles

若你喜欢笑，那这里很美。由整块大直径木头雕刻出的佛像盈盈立于其中，面带微笑，恰似“佛祖拈花一笑”之玄妙。墙体是不锈钢仿红铜处理，天花一个圆形凹池，地面一个方形细致铜条收边，天地之间，自有方圆。白云深处，自有企业。白居易的诗，好似为它专门打造一般泉落青山出白云，萦村绕郭几家分。自从引作池中水，深浅方圆一任君。而白居易的别名——乐天，则完美诠释了“笑一笑世界更美妙”。

In the hall, there is a figure of the Buddha standing inside, which graved by a huge complete wood, smile appears on the face. It looks fantastic like the Buddha is smiling with a flower in hand. The wall is in stainless steel with copy red-copper treatment. At the top of which, it’s placed with a round spill pool, down to bottom on the floor is a square elegant copper line to close the edge. Between the sky and earth, there is always round and square. In the depth of cloud, there exists enterprise. Poem from Mr. Bai Juyi is likely to be written for it:Spring falls into the green mountain and appears the white cloud. Among the village houses are some small roads to divide houses into small villages. Since the spring was used as the water source for living, no matter deep, shallow, square, round, all decided by people around.

However, the byname of Mr. Bai Juyi --- Le Tian, can give a better introduction of “The world would become dulcet with more smiles”.
