月半湾是一家专注于高品质海鲜食材的火锅餐厅，该项目位于福建罗源市世纪金源广场，周边遍布写字楼和商业体。争分夺秒的商业气氛让这一带倍显紧张的节奏，同时，这里又是罗源湾的旅游观光游览地，则项目也随之定位成休闲美品的场所。

Yuebanwan is a hot pot restaurant focusing on high-quality seafood ingredients. The project is located in Century Jinyuan Plaza, Luoyuan City, Fujian Province, surrounded by office buildings and commercial buildings. The commercial atmosphere that races against time makes this area a tense rhythm. At the same time, it is a tourist destination in Luoyuan Bay, so the project is also positioned as a place for leisure and beauty.

沉浮

餐厅定位于与海鲜的关系，设计师希望以海的沉浸式体验来连接海鲜火锅的味觉通感，恰到好处地利用材质和颜色及原有空间层高的空间感，做出一种从“沉入海底”到“透出水面”的设计效果，兼顾顾客的用餐体验和食材新鲜的保证。

The restaurant is positioned in the relationship with seafood. The designer hopes to connect the taste and synaesthesia of seafood hot pot with the immersive experience of the sea, and make proper use of materials and colors and the sense of space of the original space to create a sense of space from "sinking in". The design effect of "from the bottom of the sea" to "through the water surface" takes into account the dining experience of customers and the guarantee of fresh ingredients.
